Shain Filcher, Executive Director of the LGBT Bar NY, James Esseks, Director of the ACLU Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer & HIV Project, and Omar Gonzalez-Pagan, Counsel and Health Care Strategist at Lambda Legal, begin the conversation by examining what protections the Dobbs decision does and does not impact, how the decision impacts the credibility of both the Supreme Court and the legal profession as a whole, and what reforms may be necessary to safeguard the judicial and democratic process.
